The Lord has turned away His anger toward us as individuals. He had mercy and sent His Son to die for you and me. He became our salvation and brought us together in fellowship.
Yesterday in New Testament class, we learned about the Ascension. Jesus ascended to the Right Hand of the Father so that He might, “fill all things,” (Eph. 4:10) and keep His promise to be with us always in His Word and Sacrament.
